Help for "Technophobes"
Technophobe (noun): A person who avoids or dislikes new technology.
If this is you, don't feel bad, some people haven't even started using a digital camera yet, so you're actually ahead of the game.
The First4fotos web site has been designed to make the process of obtaining professional prints of your digital images as easy as possible. However, if you're new to working with digital images or the internet, even the simple steps may seem a little daunting at first.
Never mind though, before long you'll be whizzing through this site like there's no tomorrow and your digital prints will be arriving through the post just as fast.
For now, we can help to get you started by taking care of the technical part for you. All you need to do is send us your image files on a disk and we will upload them and print them for you. The postage is free and will not charge you any extra for the service, only for the prints you order. What could be simpler?
If your images are already on your computer, you can copy the images to a CD ROM or DVD ROM and send that in, otherwise just send us the storage card from your camera. Most digital cameras have some kind of removable memory disk such as a Compact Flash Card, Smart Media Card or Secure Digital (SD) Card to name but a few. We can read images from any kind of storage media so just print out and complete the order form, pop it in a sturdy envelope together with the media disk/s and send it to our freepost address:

Once we have uploaded and printed and printed your fotos, they will be stored in your online album for you to view them or order more copies at any time in the future.
